Halong Bay

Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its turquoise waters and thousands of imposing limestone rock islands covered with tropical forests. Junk cruises and kayak excursions allow you to sail between the islands famous for their shape, including the islets of the Stone Dog and the Teapot. The region is ideal for scuba diving, climbing and hiking, especially in the mountainous national park of Cát Bà.
